File copy test, Windows 7 boot, and Game-loading speed

 File copy test
The V128 Nova does well here, putting daylight between it and the other Corsair drive.

Boot-up time

SSDs' sequential speeds help in the booting process, hitting the desktop 10 seconds quicker than one of the fastest spindle-based drives.

Game-loading time

The Crysis level-loading time is remarkably consistent run after run (from a fresh boot, of course) and the lack of search noise and extra speed are just two reasons why we've transitioned to SSDs on our high-end benchmarking setup.

Finishing off the testing, we measure how well the TRIM and BCG features combine to keep the Nova at near-new levels at all times. Bear in mind that this test is done after the battery of other benchmarks have been completed.

It's pretty close to the performance we see on page four.
