PCMark Storage tests delve a little deeper into SSDs' performance characteristics. As Futuremark contends, this benchmark covers a 'wide-ranging set of real-world traces from popular applications and common tasks to fully test the performance of the fastest modern drives'.

The full system drive benchmark doesn't paint as rosy a picture because the MP400 is the slowest of the PCIe M.2 brigade. Still significantly faster than a SATA-based solution, mind you.
