Focussing on real-world use, having 32GB of DDR4-3,200 CL14 memory, if you can afford it, makes a lot of sense in a high-end build. One can argue that it's possible to get 95 per cent of this set's performance for about half the price. Such thoughts, though true, miss out on the RGB focus.

Building a truly premium PC base unit for, say, three grand-plus? Dominator Platinum RGB makes a good shout for your money, especially if visuals are important.
