OCZ Technology's OCZ4001024ELCDPER2-K
OCZ were one of the first companies to spot TCCD's suitability for very low latency running at DDR400, creating their sexily-named OCZ4001024ELCDPER2-K dual-channel 1GB kit. The EL stands for Enhanced Latency. Using a custom OCZ PCB for the TCCD ICs, they're double-sided like the G.Skill and Corsair described first. The SPD is programmed for 2-2-2-6 at DDR400, unlike the 2-2-2-5 of the other two. There are no other speeds programmed into the SPD. Again, nominal voltage is 2.75 and OCZ specifically warranty them up to 2.9V constant Vdimm supply. The heatsink is copper, coated with a platinum finish. It picks up fingerprints like I go through Crusha and they're supplied in a basic blister pack like the G.Skill.
The heatsink makes the module very heavy and while it's superfluous, that fact combined with the mirror-like appearance give the appearance of quality.
