Temperature and Noise

The 140mm fan is on at all times and is not the quietest. It can definitely be heard at mid-load and is instrusive when the supply is running at full chat.

Part of that reason is that Gigabyte prioritises cooler temperatures above low-noise operation. We reckon that the firmware should be adjusted for the fan to be substantially quieter at the expense of a few degrees of heat.
