There used to be a time when PSUs were thrown in some bubble-wrap and then placed a in box. Nowadays, premium supplies are shipped with well-written manuals and bags to hold all the cables and associated paraphernalia.
The auto-ranging PSU accepts both 110V and 240V inputs, so XFX bundles both cables here.
Being modular, the Medusa-esque cables can obviously be restricted to the ones you need to use.
