Low-load Efficiency
Low-load efficiency can trip up low-quality supplies. No such issues here.
Putting a practical spin on it, our new Ryzen 9 5950X PC idles at approximately 65W at the wall. In other words, if one assumes the same level of efficiency for 5.5V and 3.3V lines, about 10W is lost in the translation between AC and DC. That's an okay number for a consumer PSU.
