Silent at 200W and just about discernible at 400W, the supply's 135mm fan can be heard at full whack. Perhaps this is where a better fan might make sense?

Being rated to run at an ambient 50°C bodes well for longevity and reliability. We find the internals just about hit that temperature - note that this is the temperature inside the PSU, not the ambient, which is 19°C in this case.

A commendable array of results for a £100 supply.
