The Case Fan
The kit is available with 80mm, 92mm or 120mm case fans. These case fans are blue in colour and have a 3-pin fan connector which can be plugged onto the headers on your motherboard. Thermally controlled fans have been around for a few years now, but haven't really made a big footprint in computer history. I'm not sure why since it's a great idea. As the thermal sensor detects a heat increase it automatically increases the speed of the fan, increasing RPM, CFM and dBA. Once the temperature drops, the fan will detect the change in temperature and slow down, making the fan quieter.Fan Specifications | Ā |
