With LCDC you can select plugins which enable the LCD to show various other screens. One of the main ones I started using was Motherboard Monitor 5. (MBM5). Once Motherboard Monitor is installed and configured on your computer you can then display the temperatures of your Case and CPU.
As you can see from the picture above there is quite a long list of plugins available to use with the LCD. A few of these plugins include SETI, UD stats, Winamp, Weather forecast's, etc.
I built a few screens and events within LCDC to control and display Winamp. By pressing the left or right arrow keys on the LCD I was able to change songs within the playlist. If I pushed the up key the song would pause. If i pressed the up key again the song would continue to play. You can also customise the display by adding your own text to create a unique appearance.
