While the AMD 690G may well be the fastest IGP solution on the market, that still doesn't make it suitable for serious gaming.
At 1024x768, neither AMD 690G motherboard could even reach 20 frames per second - though each significantly outperformed the NVIDIA-based ASUS.
Even dropping the resolution down to 640x480 failed to lift frame-rates above the mid-30s in Splinter Cell, with Far Cry coming in below the 30fps mark.
