Starting off our analysis with ScienceMark 2.0.

Pretty good bandwidth from AMD's unbuffered dual-channel memory controller. It's actually produces the highest result from this illustrious group. Only AMD's single-channel Model 3400 (S754) looks out of its depth.

Notice just how well low-latency unbuffered memory and AMD's on-die memory controller work with one another. Shaving off latency by not having to navigate through a discrete northbridge pays dividends. Looking good so far.

Pifast analysis shows the ASUS board to be a touch slower than MSI's but faster than the registered memory-driven S940 FX-53. There's little reason to choose the latter if you're primarily working in a home environment.

MHz generally rule in encoding audio files into 192kb/s MP3 format. That's why we see a tie between the three distinct 2.4GHz CPUs from AMD.
