Playing games at 720p using the Intel HD 4600 IGP returns playable frame rates, but increasing the resolution to 1080p would see average fps plummet to below 30 per second. Intel's integrated graphics are plenty sufficient for everyday tasks and 4K video, but for gaming, you're going to want to add a discrete card.
