We use medium-quality settings at both resolutions. AMD can make a tenuous case for full-HD gaming in this title.
GRID 2's well-coded engine can be run at high-quality settings. You would really need to use an FM2+ chip for anything approaching smooth performance at 1080p.
AMD's A10-6800K APU is actually better than the newer A10-7850K in Rome II, where the CPU has more of an impact.
