The dual-core Intel Core Duo T2600 CPU makes short work of the media-encoding tests, easily beating out a single-core Athlon 64 FX-57 and outpacing the FX-60 in our WAV-to-MP3 conversion. Impressive performance for a CPU clocked in at just 2.16GHz.
Multi-threaded performance - professional apps.
Not quite as fast in our multi-threaded professional software test, but still much quicker than a single-core FX-57.
