Storage evaluation, plus power-draw numbers

Gigabyte does well in the storage tests. The USB 3.0 benchmark takes in external transfer from a 2.5in Tsunami enclosure with a Kingston SSDNow V+ 128GB drive in situ.

Power-draw

Further good is observed in the power-draw tests, where the system pulls a scant 65W - with a Radeon HD 6950 2GB, remember - when idling and 122W under 2D load. The Gigabyte numbers are clearly below the ASUS'.
