What we're really seeing here is whether a non-enthusiast board is capable of running at 4.8GHz without issue. The answer is yes, though this has more to do with the capability of the chip than the motherboard. The second evaluation is how well is it able to extract bandwidth and latency from some DDR4-3,200 memory. The answer, it turns out, is competitively.
