PCMark Home is a system-wide benchmark that includes workloads such as web-browsing, photo editing and video chat, and reaffirms our analysis thus far - for all common tasks, the Lafité II feels favourably fast. PCMark Creative ups the ante with more challenging workloads such as video editing, media transcoding and light gaming, and there's something satisfying about seeing a £599 laptop going toe-to-toe with one costing more than three times as much.
Evaluating IGP performance, a 3DMark Sky Diver score of 3,350 suggests that less-demanding games can be run at low resolution with minimal quality settings, but that's about it. This isn't a gaming machine, after all.
