Graphical Tests

A few graphical tests to round things off. While it's not a fair fight since the CPUs are different in each laptop, it will be interesting to see how quick the Go5700/3.2EE/648FX combination can go.

3DMark 2001SE

2400 marks on the Time, the Go5700 is a very decent DX8-class accelerator. What about something with a bit more DX9 spice?

X2

101fps is the Go5700's limit, the 3.2EE able to power 140fps scores with other accelerators.

UT2003

Another impressive showing from the Area51-m Extreme.

Results were broadly similar running the MR9600 PRO module, in some cases faster, in some cases slower. Neither are the last word in 3D performance but they definitely enable gaming and good 3D on the move. The Area51-m Extreme is probably the best platform available for either, given its mighty CPU subsystem performance.
