Benchmarks: Display Colour
There's a lot of fuss about the latest CPU and GPU technologies, yet the major draw on new laptops in our estimation is the availability of better displays. Whether it's an OLED, a 3:2 or a 16:10, there's a growing choice that represents a significant step up from typical 16:9 panels.
Dell's 13.4in FHD+ IPS offers decent colour coverage and out-the-box accuracy falls within our target Delta-E of two, but it is the 1,920x1,200 resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio that makes it so enjoyable during use.
