This is a fast and capable Core i5 laptop, there's no doubt about that, and the Intel Iris Xe IGP adds further intrigue with a small dollop of gaming potential. Granted, an XPS 13 2-in-1 isn't the sort of system you would normally anticipate gaming on, yet the option is there as evidenced by a 3DMark Night Raid score of over 16,000. For those who relate to Time Spy, we can confirm the laptop scores 1,513 in the more demanding test.

The synthetic result has the beating of AMD's onboard Radeon Vega 8 and isn't a million miles off an Asus ROG Flow X13 equipped with dedicated Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q graphics. In terms of gaming, you can achieve in excess of 30 frames per second in some titles at the native resolution, but don't get carried away; you'll have to turn quality settings right down more often than not for a smooth experience.
