Make no mistake, the latest flagship Aero 15 OLED is an extremely fast laptop on all fronts. But how much quicker is the RTX 3080 than what came before? 3DMark suggests a 16 per cent uplift over an RTX 2080 Super Max-Q, which while healthy isn't as dramatic as what we've seen from Ampere on the desktop.
It is also interesting to note that the Aero 15 chassis seems to struggle a tad with the RTX 3080 under the hood; this is the only laptop on show to fall short of the 97 per cent required to pass the 3DMark Time Spy Stress Test.
