Benchmarks: CPU
AMD Ryzen might be all the rage on desktop, but Intel Core continues to hold sway in mobile. Core i7-10875H is the CPU of choice for many vendors, and the eight-core, 16-thread chip delivers on all fronts with solid multi-tasking credentials and a 5.1GHz turbo frequency that bodes well for everyday tasks.
Prior experience tells us that maintaining those high frequencies during prolonged load isn't guaranteed, as evidenced by the varied results between in all three laptops in the demanding Cinebench and Blender tests. All three are undoubtedly quick, and looking ahead it will be interesting to see what mobile Ryzen 5000 series processors bring to the table in 2021.
