Benchmarks: Power, Temp and Noise

It is interesting to see the different approach to cooling and noise between the ThinkPad T490s and ThinkBook 13s. Whereas the former will tolerate more throttling and higher temps in favour of ultra-quiet operation, the latter runs cooler at the expense of noisy fans that are quite distracting under load.
