Review: PC Specialist 15.6" Recoil III GTX

Core i7-9750H may seem like an incremental upgrade, yet that extra frequency headroom is all it takes to top all three of our CPU charts. Overall performance is excellent, however our logs do reveal a fair amount of frequency fluctuation as temperatures rise; upcoming reviews of other 9th Gen laptops will tell us how good PC Specialist's implementation actually is.
