Good out-the-box accuracy is bolstered by very good brightness, deep blacks and decent contrast, making the matte panel a solid all-rounder. One caveat for enthusiast gamers, however, is the 60Hz refresh rate, which is merely average by today's standards, particularly without support for Nvidia G-Sync.
