Painkiller's in-game settings allow a median resolution of 1280x960. This strange-looking graph can be explained by the different systems required for AGP and PCIe benchmarking. Whilst both were running 3.4GHz Prescotts, S478 and LGA775, the use off low-latency DDR1 memory (2-2-2-5 PAT-enabled) gives the AGP X800 Pro a jump on the other two cards at the subsystem-limited setting of 1024x768. Fillrate and bandwidth considerations become the greater limiting factors at higher resolutions.

Adding in image enhancement gives a clear lead to ASUS' PCIe card. To counter that, an average 120FPS can't be called poor at the very highest setting, can it?.
