Remember I talked about NV43's ROP count, which limits peak pixel fillrate? You can see that in evidence here. Despite only having an internal fillrate difference of 40% when compared to 6800 GT, that difference is magnified in our output pixel fillrate tests within Rightmark. The difference measured is more like 80%.

With half the vertex shaders of NV40, NV43's geometry performance in Rightmark is nearly exactly where it should be, given its engine clock of 500MHz. 6600 GT is faster than the 5900 PCX at all times, although not by much, especially in the geometry-heavy tests.
