It's hard to explain why the FX 5600 Ultra is slow here, given that a 3.2GHz CPU is used. 1024x768 is heavily influenced by the CPU and subsystem. 4x AA and 8x AFm though, should put the onus on the cards.

That does appear to be the case. These slightly older benchmarks simply don't have the necessary high-quality massive textures to tax 128MB of on-board memory, even with AA and AF out in force. We're going to have to use real next generation games if the extra 128MB of memory on the Hercules 9600 is going to have any real bearing on benchmarks.

Can you feel the pain ?. It was akin to a slideshow at times.
