Overclocking
Is EVGA saving the best GPUs for its Superclocked ACX line? It's possible, as we continue to see a healthy amount of overclocking headroom on the company's top-end cards. With little effort, we were able to add an extra 128MHz to the core, increasing frequency to 1,200MHz, while memory was bumped up to a cool 7,008MHz. That's good going for a GTX 760 on stock voltage.
At these speeds, EVGA's card has no trouble usurping a stock-clocked GeForce GTX 680. A closer investigation into this lofty performance increase reveals that the card was able to GPU Boost up to a staggering 1,359MHz with the overclock in place.
