Palit's chosen the best GTX 780 GPUs through a process known as binning and has pushed the GPU clocks pretty close to wire, more so when GPU Boosting. Pushing the card by increasing the power limit to maximum but keeping the voltage at stock, the core jumps to 1,050MHz (1,180MHz under Boost) and memory to 7,100MHz.

We thought it was possible to see the first single-GPU card break through the 5,000-mark barrier in the Extreme test; Palit got pretty close.

But there's not a huge difference in actual game performance.
