DiRT Showdown may be lacking the realism of previous games in the DiRT series, but it offers stunning graphics, intense action and good ol' demolition derby events.
The Ultra in-game setting upsets Nvidia GPUs; it takes a Titan to barely outmuscle the Radeon HD 7970 GHz - and that's after the green team released a driver to improve performance by 10 per cent-plus.
The all-new GTX 780 struggles to keep pace with the Radeon at 1,920x1,080 and loses out at 2,560x1,600. It puts up a much better showing than the GTX 680, mind, as it's 33 per cent faster than the 6-series single-GPU champ.
