The lovely Comanche 4 next.
At 1024x768x32, and even with a cutting-edge CPU and motherboard, the test is decidedly subsystem limited. The cards are just not being fed enough data. That's why the Ti 4800 SE can match the Radeons' benchmarks. Raising the resolution bar puts the onus on the fillrate and pixel-pushing power of the cards. At 1600x1200x32, the XFX's performance starts to dip a little as the test becomes card limited. The Radeons, on the other hand, still scale well.
