Benchmarks - Image Quality
The results contained in this review are provided to give you a reasonable indication of the performance you might expect from the cards at your chosen screen resolution. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the tests. Each benchmark was run three times with the highest and lowest results discarded.
Unfortunately we were unable to compare performance in every test to the Radeon. Firstly our Radeon 9500 pro results are from our archives and as the card has been returned we could not test it in 3D Mark 2003 or produce comparable AA and AF results. The Radeon 9000 caused problems as ATI’s smooth vision settings, equivalent to antialiasing, would not work with resolutions higher than 1024x768.
