The standalone Aliens vs. Predator benchmark uses DX11 features such as hardware tessellation and advanced shadow sampling to draw and animate everyone's favourite xenomorph.
But the first real-world title has a different performance slant. It seems as if Aliens vs. Predator prefers a better-balanced architecture; the GTX 660 Ti's sub-standard performance is probably explained by the back-end stifling the 1,344 cores' potential.
