The standalone Aliens vs. Predator benchmark uses DX11 features such as hardware tessellation and advanced shadow sampling to draw and animate everyone's favourite xenomorph.
Aliens vs. Predator is a title that tends to run much better on AMD hardware, but what's interesting here is that this game's dependency on memory bandwidth shows a big gap between the overclocked GTX 660 Tis and the stock GTX 670. The latter, of course, being the much better bet.
