Starting off with the full-HD resolution of 1,920x1,080, which is run my most modern LCD monitors owned by readers, the Sapphire card, factory-clocked to 930MHz core, puts in a good showing by just eking out a lead over a GTX 580.

The truth of it is that we couldn't tell the visual difference between the performance of any of the quartet of cards; they're all smooth at this setting.

Throw in some 4x MSAA, instead of FXAA set to high, and the tables turn a little. Here, the game feels a little choppier when big-ass explosions hit, and Sapphire's performance is far closer to a stock GTX 570. And we could tell the difference between the two GeForce cards in this instance.
