Checking the logs shows Gigabyte's 100mm fans spin-up to 1,327rpm during peak load. The ASUS card's dual 80mm fans ramp to 2,020rpm but also remain quiet. Meanwhile, MSI's twin Frozr II fans run at 2,970rpm under the same load, explaining why it's not as whisper-quiet as the other two.
