Very similar performance in Far Cry from these £125-£155 cards. Inno3D's GeForce GTX 260 OC's memory-bandwidth advantage finally comes into play at the highest resolution, making the game eminently playable.

The Radeons use the DX10.1 path and the GTX 260 falls back to DX10. The HAWK keeps a slight advantage over the default card, obviously, but just gives way to a pre-overclocked GTX 260,

Looking back at our results, the sweetspot resolution appears to be 1,920x1,200 with the eye-candy turned on. Considering that most folks' monitors will top out at that setting the trio of GPUs are a good fit for a mid-range system.
