The under-load power-draw is a little higher than the reference card's but still below any of the comparison NVIDIA GPUs'.

Sapphire's Vapor-X cooler is better at keeping the GPU cool, to the tune of 8°C, and the ambient-to-load difference is the lowest of any high-end GPU.
