Benchmark variations are such that the 100MHz memory increase of the Sapphire Radeon HD 4890 OC Edition - 4,000MHz vs 3,900MHz - often falls within the standard deviation of the test. NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 275 does well here, as does the Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 X2, costing some £15 more than the Sapphire HD 4890 OC Edition.
