Overclocking by using the automated tuner, there's more frequency headroom at lower voltages.
The relative lack of extra performance is due to the card already boosting to almost 2GHz out of the box. Overclocking efforts are mainly in vain.
Represented by adding only a single frame per second in Borderlands 3.
