Sleek though the Founders Edition may be, we're finding that partner cards do have the upper hand with regards to cooling. Inside our real-world test platform, the Palit GamingPro OC keeps to a steady 72°C, representing a nine per cent improvement over Nvidia's board.
But there is a twist in that the Founders Edition is quieter than the GamingPro OC. There's room for improvement here and we wonder if Palit will issue a new BIOS to smooth out the fan profile.
