Those wanting more may be a tad disappointed in the shader overclocking potential of the sample card. Using the automated tool built into EVGA's Precision X1 app, it reckoned there was only a further 39MHz of core potential. Memory fared better, scaling to 16.9Gbps. The memory actually scaled higher, up to 17.8Gbps, but scores didn't increase by any meaningful degree.

Worth it? Just about, and it will be interesting to see how partner cards are able to perform in comparison.
