Power, Temps and Noise
The Founders Edition card's fan remains active at all times, contrary to what we see from almost all AIBs. You can't really hear it unless the rest of the system is uber-quiet, though.
Temperatures remain in the low 80s, which is characteristic for this type of card. We wouldn't describe the card as noisy, and certainly not in the same aural realm as the reference RX Vega cards, because the 39.5dB represents more of a whooshing sound than anything high-pitched and annoying.
However, if it is near-silent gaming you want, head on over to an AIB offering armed with a massive cooler.
