Benchmarks: System
PCMark is used to measure overall system performance, with the 'Home' test including workloads that reflect common tasks for a typical user. There's a reasonable increase in performance over, you guessed it, Core i7-4770K. It's worth remembering, however, that even significantly cheaper dual-core CPUs do well enough in this test.
SiSoft is another system-wide performance evaluation, and with GPU-specific tests taken into account, the Core i7-4790K's extra muscle is clear to see.
As we alluded to earlier, integrated graphics are the same HD 4600 - both in speed and composition - as the Core i7-4770K's. The end result? Near-identical performance.
