Four cores and eight threads purring along at 4GHz: check. First LGA1150 processor to break through the 100fps barrier in the video-conversion test: check.

LuxMark utilises the CPU and GPU components of all the chips on show, and it shows that the IGP is no better than the Core i7-4770K's. Both operate at the same peak speed - 1.25GHz - and the Devil's Canyon score is only better because the CPU portion is faster.

Same-speed IGP means the same sort of performance in the image-manipulation test. Using OpenCL acceleration to the fullest, AMD's cheaper APUs do better here.
