Notes
The performance parallel that's worth noting isn't against the six-core, 12-thread SNB-E chips: we know they're going to be faster. Of more interest is how this mainstream-price 3820 compares against the Sandy Bridge Core i7-2600/2700K duo. A cursory examination reveals obvious similarities between the trio of Core i7 processors.
