Running DDR-3200 memory at CL14 works well for latency and bandwidth. Notice the low score for memory writes? That's one idiosyncracy of the Zen 2 architecture when using a single CCD complex. Ryzen 7 3700X exhibits the same behaviour, and you can see why here.
