Specification
- Air flow: 20 CFM
- Noise: 25 dba
- Power: 1.92W

The white front panel there is a large cylinder shaped fan, this moves the slowest out of all the coolers which we tested today but it was one of the most efficient. It was very quiet, the fan pushes a lot of air over the drive keeping it cool, it pushes a lot of air even thought the fan is not very powerful. The only issue with this drive is that it sticks out from the front of the PC a fair distance.

Dimensions:
-
125x100x14mm (L x W x H)
- Fan Speed: 4000 RPMs
- Connection: 4 pin pass-thru
- Blows the heat from the chips of the Hard Drive.
- Installs directly on the Hard Drive.

The cooler: The cooler this cooler was different from all others, it could be installed in a 3 1/4 bay, as it screwed on the BOTTOM of the hard drive which meant you did not lose any space (bar HARD DRIVE space) and it directly cooled the bottom of the hard drive this was something I was very pleased about.

Ultra thin hard drive cooler
Testing

I installed this again on the Viking 2, which I am using for all of the hard drive coolers in the shoot out, It was slightly louder than the IStorm but, But I was again impressed, I again ran the HARD DRIVE doing a defrag and scan disk of windows then in to 4GBs roughly of mp3s being copied across, It performed brilliantly here are the results:- My tests showed an excellent cooling performance. The cooler will definitely be sufficient to cool even the fastest drives. I tested it with my Viking LVD drive Held on the bottom.... and the temperature never exceeded 29°C

Pros:
Great cooling
Looks cool
- low noise fans
- Takes up a 5.25 Drive bay

Cons
-
Weak fan
